Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and strategic documentation management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the seamless deployment and execution of documentation management processes, making a significant impact on project efficiency and compliance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as technical teams, management, and customer service), create and update Documentation Management Plans (DMP), manage customer documentation requirements, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Deployment and execution of the documentation management process within your team,
Creation and regular update of Documentation Management Plans,
Management of customer documentation management requirements,
Ensuring the rules defined in the DMP are understood and applied by all team members,
Validation of documentation before submission to the Customer,
Adaptation and implementation of the documentation structure in accordance with standards,
Management and deployment of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), including training and managing access rights,
Performance of the role of EDMS Key User and provision of first-level support to EDMS users

Degree in Information Management, Library Sciences, Business Administration, or related field,
Experience or understanding of documentation management processes and systems,
Knowledge of Documentation Management Plans (DMP) creation and updates,
Familiarity with EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems),
Excellent communication and team leadership skills,
Proven ability to manage and execute complex documentation requirements,
Strong analytical skills for defining and analyzing documentation reporting and indicators,
Resilience and adaptability in managing documentation for projects with varying scopes and timelines
