Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Project Director - Infrastructure to lead the delivery of infrastructure projects that are vital to our ambitious entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
Planning, execution, and delivery of major infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, and transportation systems.
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans to guide all phases of project execution.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met effectively and efficiently.
Identify and mitigate project risks, developing strategies to address potential issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the development and execution of infrastructure projects.
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
Manage project teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Continuously evaluate project performance, implementing improvements and efficiencies where possible.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and other key stakeholders involved in the infrastructure projects.
