Essential Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, or equivalent from a Ministry of Education-accredited university.
Minimum of 15 years of project control experience in large-scale projects, with full responsibility for cost and schedule management.
Strong technical expertise in cost engineering, estimating, planning, scheduling, and analysis, with a demonstrated ability to establish standards and systems for project control activities.
Proficiency in engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, as well as business process development.
Commitment to continuous improvement and talent development, with proven leadership and people management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive global experience, preferably including work in Saudi Arabia.
