Program Manager / Management Consultant

In this dual role, you will not only oversee the successful delivery of programs but also provide strategic consulting services to our clients, helping them improve their processes and achieve their business objectives.

• Lead and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder programs on time and within budget.
• Utilize program management methodologies and tools to optimize project efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Analyze and streamline processes to enhance project outcomes.
• Manage risks, changes, and resources effectively.
• Develop and deliver corporate communications, presentations, and strategic decks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years in program or project management within technology-driven organizations.
• Proven track record of successful program delivery.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Proficient in corporate communication and presentation development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Consulting or strategic advisory experience is highly desirable.
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or similar are a plus.
