Job Description

Job Summary:
The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, designing, coordinating and managing programs that align with organizational strategies and goals. This includes overseeing multiple interrelated projects, coordinating resources, and driving program success to achieve defined outcomes. The Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across the program lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Program Planning & Design:
    • Develop and refine the program’s scope, goals, deliverables, and objectives in alignment with the project's overall goals.
    • Design workflows and develop detailed program plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
  2. Program Execution:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring timely execution of cactivities.
    • Monitor progress ensuring consistency and efficiency.
    • Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to deliver all aspects of the program successfully.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the program, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
    • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide regular progress updates, and gather feedback to refine program outcomes.
  4. Resource Management:
    • Allocate and optimize program resources.
    • Monitor resource usage to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
  5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Develop and track the program’s progress, milestones, and performance against KPIs.
    • Prepare comprehensive status reports to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
    • Provide weekly, monthly, and final reports.
  6. Risk & Quality Management:
    • Identify potential challenges or risks within the program and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Evaluate the program's effectiveness and recommend improvements for future cycles.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability within the program.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience managing complex programs, including the coordination of multiple interrelated projects.
    • Strong expertise in program design, planning, and execution.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
    • Expertise in program planning, execution, and performance evaluation.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in program/project management tools and methodologies.
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and a dynamic environment.
    • Experience with risk management and quality assurance.
    • Strong ability to engage and align stakeholders at various levels.
    • Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is essential.
