Program Director

JASARA PMC is looking for a proactive and visionary Program Director to lead our initiatives in optimizing project execution and driving successful infrastructure developments throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management and will be instrumental in steering multidimensional projects that align with our commitment to excellence and the goals outlined in Vision 2030.

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the program management team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government entities, and partners, to promote effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain program performance metrics, providing regular updates to executive leadership on progress and outcomes.
• Identify risks and challenges within the program and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program management team.
