Program Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Project Director to oversee and manage international programs for governmental and semi-governmental entities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering or science and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to drive the successful execution of complex projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a project manager and possess expertise in a wide range of areas including engineering, project control, contracts, procurement, health & safety, security, environment, risk management, financial management, quality assurance, and construction project management.

Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision and management of diverse stakeholders and facility service providers across commercial and public sectors.
• Leading the project team to ensure successful delivery of projects within established timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement and capacity building within Saudi Arabia, and other relevant regions, to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Providing strategic leadership and guidance for the successful execution of international programs in accordance with governmental and semi-governmental regulations and requirements.
• Ensuring high standards of health & safety, security, and environmental compliance across all projects.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with relevant authorities and stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science from a Ministry-accredited university.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in international programs for governmental/semi-governmental entities with a track record as a project manager.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive global experience, ideally in the Middle East/Kingdom region (Saudi Arabia).
• Proven history of managing diverse stakeholders and facility service providers across commercial and public sectors.
• Success in driving continuous improvement and capacity building, particularly within Saudi Arabia
