Role Purpose
The Integrated Health and Wellness Management Programs Design and Activation Senior Manager will lead the design, development, and activation of health interventions as part of our comprehensive Integrated Health and Wellness Management strategy. The Senior Manager will leverage data-driven approaches to design and implement interventions that reflect the unique health needs of various population groups, facilitating improved health outcomes and enhancing overall population health.
This role requires a forward-thinking innovator who can synthesize complex health data and transform it into actionable programs that enhance health outcomes, improve patient engagement, and drive healthcare efficiencies. The role requires a deep understanding of public health issues, health behaviour, and health policy, coupled with an innovative mindset and robust data management skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organization's approach to population health management and helping drive its mission of fostering healthier communities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Strategy, Planning and Coordination
- Support in the development and delivery of the division strategy through hypothesis development, scenario testing, feasibility studies, and related tasks
- Contribute to preparation of reports and presentations in the annual planning and budgeting cycle
- As part of the team
- Collaborate with population health experts to incorporate wellness programs into the broader population health management system and into broader health and wellness initiatives.
- Reassess and adjust targets and implementation plans accordingly to new and/or changed master plans.
Project delivery and Risk Management
- Lead development of structures and processes for monitoring of projects and activities
- Independently lead and deliver assigned activities and projects
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans
- Provide periodic reports regarding project progress, challenges, risks, and mitigation plans
- Actively take part of and contribute to workshops and activities related to asset, equipment and digital infrastructure development
Administration and Contract Management
- Lead the development of the scope of work documents
- Support in internal and external communications activities.
Relationship and Stakeholder Management
- Actively participate in sector and cross-sector meetings and initiate meeting structures for effective interaction with stakeholders related to assignments
- Manage stakeholders’ feedback on issues, challenges, and unmet requirements and develop action plans
- Act as a role model for the sector in interaction with other sectors and departments
People Management
- Lead by example, supervise and coach team members and colleagues to perform at their best

Knowledge and Experience
- Min 10+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in an Agile environment
- Ideally experience within a large management consultancy, working client-side in complex environments
- High personal levels of accountability, ability to execute on time and to a high standard
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and trends, including emerging practices in personalized medicine and genetic data application.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with big data analytics, machine learning techniques, and predictive modeling.
- Solid knowledge of the principles and applications of personalized medicine in health interventions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- A history of successful cross-functional collaboration and change leadership
Education and Certifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is required, such as Medicine, Dentistry, Public Health, Health Administration, Nursing, or Health Informatics.
- A master's degree or higher in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, MBA, or a related field is strongly preferred.
