Duties & Responsibilities:
-Under direct supervision of department manager, setting up, monitoring and operating Production lines and lead a team of captains, operators and workers.
-As Supervisor you will ensures extrusion lines are set up properly to specific job specifications.
-Ensures proper line speed is maintained during the production run, and responsible for cleanliness of machine & production floor area.
-Responsible of Setting up other pieces of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements.
-Performing quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements.
-Following all safety guidelines.
-Training and assisting other employees as necessary.
-Following verbal and written instructions and maintains accurate records.
-Other duties as required.
-Experience in HDPE, pipe extrusion
Position Technical Knowledge & Requirement:
-Hold High School Diploma Degree in mechanical or electrical or polymer.
-Have 5 year to 10 previous manufacturing of HDPE PIPE as extruder machine operator or team leader.
-Have good knowledge of product & machine troubleshooting.
-Be able to perform basic mathematical calculations and use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
-Good in written and verbal English
-Able to lead a team of operators and workers.
-Be able to read and interpret routine instructions.
-Have good communication skills, and team player.
-Ability to have a flexible work schedule, including working overtime and weekends as needed
-Able to Operates forklift.
