SUMMARY OF THE ROLEAs a Production Planner, you will be responsible for planning production based on demand, stock levels, workforce availability, raw materials, packaging supplies, and machine capacity for specific products or production segments.This role is based in Yanbu and reports to the Demand Planning Manager.Responsibilities:Plan and provide the factories with the production plan on daily basis by gathering and analyzing customer demand and transferring this demand to a daily plan by balancing between On Time in Full (OTIF), inventory levels, and production costs.Follow ups with the stakeholder to insure smooth flow of information that lead to better serviceDevelop and analyze KPIs relevant to the assigned area and support improvement initiatives.Actively develop planning process by utilizing existing functionalities in Matrix as well as implementing new ones according to best practices for planning in Jotun Operations System.Establish tight communication with Purchasing, CSD (Customer Service Department), logistics, Sales, and Production to have the best information for the daily plan.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFERWe Look For: Qualification:Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain.Fresh Graduate up to 1 year of experience.Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.Personal Qualities: Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results.Communicates in a clear, precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively.Co-operates well with others; shares knowledge, experience and information; supports others in the pursuit of team goals.Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results.Is aware of own strengths and limitations and pursues learning and career development opportunities.Uses a methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead, defines clear priorities and allocates resources effectivelyWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefits.Continuous learning opportunities and training activities through on-the-job training and our in-house learning Jotun Academy.Career development opportunities across multiple disciplines and geographies.Leaders who focus on engaging and enabling their team, proven by consistently high employee feedback scores.A supportive and inclusive company culture where you can be your authentic self.A focus on having fun together through team buildings and social activities.POSITION INFORMATIONCompany:Jotun Saudia Co.
