Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the production processes of fiber glass products.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Implement and maintain production schedules to meet targets.
  • Supervise a team of production staff and provide guidance as needed.
  • Ensure quality control measures are in place throughout the production process.
  • Monitor production costs and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot any production issues that may arise.


المهارات

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in fiber glass manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in production management.
  • Experience in working with fiber glass products is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and productivity in a manufacturing environment.
