4. Designing and optimizing process flows.
5. Enhancing machine productivity.
6. Developing standard processes and procedures.
7. Creating standard Bill of Materials (BOM).
8. Ensuring compliance with all required standards.
9. Overseeing the activities of shift leaders and supervisors.
10. Designing and selecting chemicals and dosing systems.
11. Designing and selecting water cycles, treatment systems, process flows, and mass balances.
12. Troubleshooting all aspects related to production, production lines, quality concerns, water quality, and chemicals.
13. Optimizing energy consumption.
14. Enhancing steam cycle usage and consumption.
15. Developing and designing new processes and product grades.
16. Designing and reviewing all reports.
17. Analyzing all production parameters.
18. Fostering development and improvement.
19. Ensuring overall safety in production conditions and activities.
20. Managing machine availability and maintenance.
21. Providing technical guidance.
22. Proposing solutions for products, productivity, and production lines.
23. Ensuring the efficient utilization of:
- Manpower.
- Machines.
- Materials.
24. Addressing any other aspects related to production operations.
