Job Title - Production Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure the smooth and efficient production of goods. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of production procedures.
Responsibilities:
. Plan and organize production schedules
. Assess project and resource requirements
. Estimate, negotiate and agree on budgets and timescales with clients and managers
. Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
. Determine quality control standards
. Oversee production processes
. Select, order, and purchase materials
. Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
. Supervise and motivate a team of workers
. Review worker performance and identify training needs
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production procedures
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of quality control standards
- Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
