Experience: Minimum 3+ Years in relevant position

Roles Description:

• Manage and motivate production line employees to achieve established goals, follow safety instructions, production volume, quality, and cost.
• Ensure production employees are properly oriented and trained.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement within the production line performance through regular feedback, coaching and training.
• Ensure that production line employees follow company policy & safety attire
• Liaisons with third party contractors and suppliers to meet Plant equipment and/or repair needs.
• Review, analyse and make recommendations regarding safety, production line output quality, expenses and productivity
• Develop and/or implement reporting as required.
• Participate in controlling the production department budget.
• Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics and practices when dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, subordinates, supervisors and other key stakeholders of the company.
