Must-Have:

• 6+ years of experience in the construction production field
• 8+ years in managing/ leading a similar function
• Skilled in developing the Production Department strategy, handling day-to-day manufacturing operations, (MOC) initiatives across plants, and monitoring the financial performance   
• Strong project management, organizational management, & communication skills
• Certifications in HSSE & TQM

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science
