Product Manager (Remotely)

Job Purpose: In this role, you'll turn customer needs and ideas into reality by focusing on research, planning, and operational tasks that keep our product development on track. You'll ensure that our continuous discovery and delivery process runs smoothly, driving us toward innovative and valuable solutions for our users.

Job Description:

• Gathering feature requests from multiple sources, including customer feedback, sales insights, and industry trends.
• Conducting thorough market research and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for new features and product improvements.
• Supporting the triage and prioritization of these feature requests with the VP of Product and tech leads, aligning them with our product goals.
• Coordinating quarterly roadmap planning and making continuous adjustments based on real-time feedback and evolving market demands.
• Managing the product backlog, ensuring tasks are well-defined and prioritized for development.
• Assisting with the development and incremental release of new features through our Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline.
• Leading internal dogfooding sessions to validate the functionality and value of new features before public release.
• Analyzing feature performance using tools like Mixpanel to evaluate their impact and guide future iterations.
• Creating and maintaining detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
• Collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to support product launches and keep all stakeholders informed on updates.
