Product Manager - Obesity

This position will be based in Riyadh, KSA. You will directly report to the Head of Obesity Marketing.

The Position

As our Product Manager-Obesity, you will play a key role in driving business growth by leading market analyses, shaping strategic plans, and executing impactful marketing initiatives. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, a data-driven approach and excellent communication skills to ensure the successful positioning of Novo Nordisk in the obesity market.

Your main accountabilities will include:

• Drive generation of market insights, competitor analyses and market monitoring
• Lead market outlooks and identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
• Develop, implement and communicate cross-functional strategies for key stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Outline and execute prioritised projects and tactics related to patient and HCP activation while proactively managing challenges and risks.
• Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including KOLs and HCPs, to enhance Novo Nordisk’s presence in the obesity market.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field; Advanced Marketing/Business qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with a successful track record in customer-facing roles.
• Broader functional experience in Business Analytics, strategy or Marketing roles
• Strong ability to evaluate the return on investment of tactics and assess new opportunities
• Expertise in digital marketing, development, and execution is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and tailoring content for specific audiences.
