Working as a Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing our lighting product portfolio, driving product innovation, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products to market.

The position involves:

• Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and plans for the lighting product line.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify opportunities for new product development.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to create innovative lighting solutions that meet performance, cost, and aesthetic requirements.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through to production and market release, ensuring products meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and use data to drive continuous improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on lighting industry trends, technologies, and innovations to keep our product portfolio competitive and forward-thinking.

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in product management, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the lighting industry or a related field (e.g., home improvement, electronics).
• Strong understanding of product development processes, from initial concept to market release.
• Experience with market research, product pricing, and competitor analysis in the lighting sector.
