Our products are in 100 countries globally and supporting this takes a huge effort.What will you be doing?This role forms part of our Advanced Wound Care Division and is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth within the medical devices. This role involves a blend of strategic marketing planning, market analysis, customer engagement, and product promotion, tailored to meet the outstanding needs of the healthcare industry in KSA.What will you need to be successful?Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company's medical devices' portfolio in alignment with business goals and regional objectives. Conduct market research to find opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and customer preferences specific to the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia.Ensure strong brand positioning and consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Lead product launches and promotional campaigns for new and existing medical devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory affairs, and product development to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.Develop and manage relationships with key team members, including healthcare professionals, medical institutions, and regulatory bodies. Plan and implement medical conferences, webinars, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.Drive digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing. Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and tools that drive sales growth.Lead the marketing budget and allocate resources optimally across various marketing initiatives. Establish annual financial forecast with the alignment of business unit head & finance department. Successful candidates would need the following:Bachelor’s degree relating to Medical, Marketing or Business AdministrationMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical devices industry (wound management is preferred) Experience working in the KSA or GCC region is highly preferred.In-theatre and or clinical marketing experience would be ideal.You.
