  • Create and process purchase orders for our suppliers, ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented.
  • Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the production team to monitor the estimated time of departure (ETD) for sales team orders.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team on the status of their orders and any potential delays.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer orders are shipped on time and according to the agreed schedule.
  • Resolve any shipping or logistical issues that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales forecasts to plan for stock items, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
  • Coordinate with the production team to align inventory levels with sales projections.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
