Product Development Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Product Development Manager to join the company in Riyadh.

Job Summary

The Product Development Manager will be reporting directly to the CEO, and you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new financial products and features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring compelling products to market. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services, customer needs, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Develop and implement innovative operational strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's long-term strategic objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and eliminate bottlenecks
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities that align with the company's strategic vision
• Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and launch plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and success metrics
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders
• Analyze product performance data, gather customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve existing products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements that could impact product strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement efforts
• Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and performance to cross-functional leadership
  

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth FinTech company
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a relevant technical field (Master's degree preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment
• Extensive experience in the banking or financial technology industry, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices
• Highly tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and leverage the latest technologies, tools, and systems to enhance cross-functional collaboration and productivity
