  • Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations, negotiating, and preparing contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS


  • Residency : For Non-GCC Citizen applicants, you must be an iqama holder and can be transferred.
  • Nationality: Open to all Nationalities who are currently residing within Saudi Arabia
  • Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any with Architecture/Civil Education background/field.
  • Work Experience : Minimum of Five (5) years work experience as Procurement Engineer
  • Job Location : Dammam, Saudi Arabia
  • Membership : Preferably a registered member of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Purchasing Software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Supervisory and management experience.
  • Attention to details drawing, specification and requirements.
  • Decision Maker
  • Can work with less supervision
