Procurement Specialist

responsibilities:

• search for local and international suppliers and manufacturers as per company needs.
  
• visit suppliers and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best prices, terms, and services.
  
• maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
  
• monitor vendors performance and quality.
  
• develop an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase requests and orders.
  
• manage inventory, including current stock and new deliveries.
  
• ensure the accuracy of purchase requests and orders.
  
• adjusts travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  
• provide accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and going.
  
• manage daily operations and ensure they run smooth.

• relevant experience in a similar position for at least 1-3 years
  
• bachelor degree
  
• excellent English language, Arabic is a plus
  
• excellent verbal, writing, and listening skills
  
• self-motivated and creative problem-solver
  
• ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
