In this role, you will be the driving force behind our procurement operations, ensuring the seamless sourcing of quality products and services while optimizing costs. You will collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
  2. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.
  3. Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and forecast future supply needs to prevent shortages.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing requirements and provide support.
  6. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality service.
  7. Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation for audit purposes.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance procurement strategies.
  9. Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures.
  10. Participate in cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
