الوصف الوظيفي

  • Preparation of RFQ (Request for Quote), and Purchase Order.
  • Monitoring and Control of Materials’ Inventory.
  • Ensure all materials are supplied to site as per requirement.
  • Liaison with suppliers to ensure all materials are received on time and negotiation for better payment terms and reduced price.
  • Coordination with PMs concerning glass orders.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Planning Manager to determine material requirements for projects. Ensuring they fall in line with project milestones
  • Address any issues or concerns that may arise with suppliers, such as delays or quality problems.
  • Conduct regular supplier meetings and audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Maintain the Procurement Files and records.
  • Search for suppliers that can provide good quality materials better payment terms and lower price.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with material suppliers.


المهارات

Qualification :

  • With at least 3 years' experience in similar industry as Procurement Officer
  • Preferably with experience in KSA or any GCC country
