As the Associate - Purchasing, you will assist in the purchase of materials and supplies and ensure that the Supply Chain needs of Kitopi are met in a timely and cost-effective manner, participate in Contract Negotiations and manage inventory. You will be responsible for reviewing costs, develop relationships with vendors and suppliers, offer suggestions for where and how much material and supplies to buy.

What You'll Do


  • Evaluate and buy raw materials, products, and services while creating strategies to cut costs and meet company objectives.
  • Draw up a plan for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies maintaining the quality and consistency of Kitopi.
  • Manage contracts with company’s vendors to ensure best prices, negotiate supplier agreements and contracts.
  • Supervise the entire budget estimation and sourcing operations and assist in regional sourcing and data analysis.
  • Maintain excellent communication with all the business stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Commerce.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain or stock management within the F&B, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrable record in sourcing and vendor management with food suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills required.
  • Experience in executing business specific contracts and agreements.
  • Familiarity with purchasing fundamentals and ERP systems.
  • Evidence of quality communication when working directly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage expectations against rapid growth deadlines.
