We will count on you to:



Gather and manage all necessary client information (KYC, business details, legal documents) and ensure timely updates in client portals. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and keeping them informed throughout the registration process. Collaborate with internal departments (legal, finance, HR) to ensure timely document submissions and effective communication. Maintain accurate records of all registered clients and manage client portal documentation, including POs and invoicing. Prepare and submit responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you need to have:



Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in procurement, finance, or operations. Strong knowledge of the procurement process in KSA and familiarity with government procurement portals. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

What makes you stand out:



Familiarity with the Eatimad system is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Proactive approach to vendor management and client-side work. Understanding of local processes related to proposal submissions.
