Who You Are:



You have a strong grasp of emerging technologies, venture trends, and evolving market dynamics, with the ability to translate them into actionable opportunities for corporate innovation You have deep experience in designing and executing venture programs, such as corporate accelerators, incubators, and pilot-driven innovation initiatives You are skilled in stakeholder management, engaging with corporate executives, startup founders, and venture investors to drive high-value partnerships You have strong business development experience, with a track record of identifying and converting new opportunities into meaningful engagements You have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment You are adaptable, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and excited about working in a high-growth, startup-like environment within a globally connected firm

What You’ll Do:



Project Delivery: Lead regular discussions with Client executives to scope new projects, identify impact areas, highlight proactively sourced opportunities, and ensure continued alignment. Act as the day-to-day interface with key stakeholders at Client organizations; maintain ongoing dialogue and deep understanding of their core interests and end goals and set an account strategy that aligns with the Client’s priorities and where we can have the most impact. Venture Program Execution: Lead the design and execution of accelerators, incubators, and other venture programs, ensuring they align with corporate innovation goals and deliver measurable impact. Acting as the primary interface with corporate stakeholders, you will structure and manage programs that drive startup partnerships, pilots, and potential investments. Business development: Work with our senior Partners to prospect, pursue, develop, and close new business for the firm. Startup sourcing: Identify startups with the most compelling teams, tech and traction; create target lists, identify relevant recommendations and make direct connections between startups and Clients.. Market analysis: Perform in-depth research across trends, technologies, industries, corporations, and startups in order to extract key takeaways and organize them into curated insights and actionable opportunities for our Clients. Network building: Continuously build authentic relationships with startup founders and VC investors, while generating awareness and communicating our value proposition to the broader tech community. Mentoring: Mentor and guide more junior members of the team, providing critical feedback on work deliverables and guiding their professional growth at the firm.

Desired Skills:



7-10+ years of experience in venture program management, corporate innovation, venture capital, or strategy consulting Direct experience structuring and running accelerator or incubator programs, including startup selection, mentorship design, and pilot execution Strong understanding of venture ecosystems, startup scaling dynamics, and how to structure corporate-startup engagements for mutual benefit Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience working with C-level executives, startup founders, and investors Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs, balancing strategic objectives with tactical execution A proactive, execution-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action and drive measurable outcomes Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and the intersection of corporate and startup innovation

Requirements:



Role is for applicants currently in or willing to relocate to an office in the GCC region (e.g. Doha, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait etc.Ability to travel, and spend significant time across, the GCC region at client offices (e.g. Doha, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait etc.)

Compensation and Benefits



Competitive compensation package Housing Allowance – This is a cash-based allowance to support housing and is part of total fixed salary. It is paid monthly along with the Base Salary Discretionary annual Bonus Participation in commission program Annual Leave Ticket – Economy class return ticket for employee & dependents (spouse & children) to home country, once every year Health Insurance – For employee & dependents (spouse & children) 25 days PTO
