The RoleWe are looking for a Principal Workday Analyst with projects and quote to cash experience within its enterprise applications team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Epicor Kinetic and associated technologies and play a critical role in transformative projects. The candidate will play a critical role in product releases, digital transformation and acquisition integrations.Your Impact
  • Collaborate with many organizations and departments while having responsibility in all phases of the systems development life cycle and change control processes.
  • Play a large role in product releases, acquisition integrations, and other high visibility enterprise projects.
  • Document business needs, identify gaps between business needs and standard functionality, design and document solutions, and provide detailed business requirements specifications for developers.
  • Develop, document, and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy of system configuration and business processes.
  • Identify process improvements and partner with the business to implement them.
  • Develop and maintain business process and end user training documentation.
  • Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues as required.
  • Always be looking to drive system and process improvements.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required.
  • 8+ years of Epicor Kinetic experience required, specifically within the projects and quote to cash applications.
  • Experience with revenue recognition, integrations, and reporting a plus.
  • Strong understanding of functional business processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet continually changing timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams, including gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
