Job Description
Throughout your day, the media, ads, apps, websites, and online shopping you engage with are likely influenced by Adobe products.
As a Principal Enterprise Architect in Adobe Professional Services, you'll craft tech solutions with C-level executives.
What you will do
Leading enterprise & solution architecture on Adobe’s largest and most sophisticated services engagements. Crafting the North Star architecture for Adobe customers across the Middle East.
Develop customer success plans and the technology strategy to deliver on a customer’s vision, crafting the enterprise migration plans to achieve technology rationalisation goals.
Collaborate with executive teams across the customer’s organisation to improve returns from technology investments
Serve as a design authority, collaborating with Account teams and Delivery Owners to plan and achieve clients' efficient state and activate specific use cases.
Lead customer and Adobe teams to define innovative use cases driving towards vision realisation.
Partner with Digital Strategists to assess and optimize business architecture
Proactively develop Adobe’s POV on critical digital marketing topics under the mentorship of the EMEA Enterprise Architecture Leader.
Continually expand Adobe’s relationships and services role within client engagements contributing to strategic sales motions, establishing executive relationships and gaining customer dedication.
Build a catalogue of measurable Customer Value & Adobe Value stories.
Contribute to EMEA initiatives, capability growth and best-practice development under the mentorship of the EMEA Enterprise Architecture Leader
Mentor Junior Delivery Consultants and Sellers to evolve Professional Services capability.
Act as an Adobe Professional Services brand champion, speaking at events and publishing authoritative content across approved channels.
Collaborate closely with sales team to support pre-sales activities, including presenting digital solutions, conducting needs assessments, developing proposals and detailed prioritization and estimations
Collaborate with account managers to ensure high client happiness and find opportunities for growing or renewing existing contracts. Assist in the upsell of additional services or features to improve the client’s enterprise architecture.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts or new verticals. Contribute to proposals, pitches, and RFP responses to help secure new business and expand the company’s footprint.
What You Need to Succeed
10+ years of experience crafting enterprise and solution architecture models and strategic roadmaps.
Proven track record communicating and leading successful execution of enterprise architecture vision across highly matrixed organizations.
Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills
Confirmed proficiency in simplifying complex topics, predicting and mitigating risk, and lessening ambiguity for partners and teams.
Proven track recordidentifying new opportunities and driving business growth.
Effective communication skills with ability to influence executive partners.
Ability to adapt style and communication to diverse audiences.
The confidence to hold both customer and Adobe teams accountable.
Validated and quantifiable experience retaining and growing accounts.
Solid experience assisting customers in adopting new and emerging technologies.
Current knowledge of digital marketing and customer experience technologies and the systems that support it including CDP and MDM.
A keen interest in unlocking the power of generative AI for business impact.
Demonstrable experience with architecture frameworks such as API, SOA, CI/CD and TOGAF.
Understanding & experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS Cloud architecture & services.
Understanding & experience with GDPR, privacy & security topics.
Proficiency & expertise in data platforms and architectures, data stream processing pipeline/platform, data lake and data lake houses.
Knowledge of AI/ML, DevOps, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
TOGAF Level 1 + 2 certification is an advantage.
AWS, Azure or GCP certification is an advantage.
Familiarity with local regulations and business practices in Saudi Arabia
Proficiency in Arabic and English
