Pricing Coordinator
Job Description
Analyze Market trends, competitor pricing and internal cost structures Adjust pricing models based on fluctuations in supply chain costs, demand and other factors Prepare and deliver accurate pricing quotes to customers for various services Ensure the quotes are competitive yet profitable, balancing customer needs with company margins Maintain up to date pricing databases and ensure all pricing information is properly recorded Monitor and update pricing structures based on internal and external factors Work Closely with Sales team to provide them with the necessary quotes Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing Negotiate with customers and suppliers to achieve favorable pricing agreements Generate Reports on pricing performance, analyzing profitability and identifying areas of improvement
Skills
Ability to analyze the market trends, competitor pricing and internal cost structures
Meticulous in ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with company policies
Strong Written and Verbal communication skills, as well as excellent negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple pricing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and coordinating with multiple teams
