Job Title: Pre-Sales Manager (Cybersecurity)


Role Overview:


We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Manager to join a leading cybersecurity service provider that offers innovative, customized security solutions to businesses. As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will be the technical expert in the sales process, working closely with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs, design tailored solutions, and present these solutions effectively. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between client requirements and our expert technical teams, ensuring that we deliver the best possible solutions to safeguard our clients’ digital environments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to current and potential clients.
  • Provide expert consultation on cybersecurity solutions, addressing client-specific needs.
  • Work closely with technical teams to develop tailored security solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and analyze competitor offerings.
  • Design and build solutions based on client business requirements, ensuring they align with cybersecurity standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation in response to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals.
  • Manage the client pipeline and track progress toward pre-sales targets.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity industry developments and best practices.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in a presales role within an MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) or professional services environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a strong technical foundation.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and frameworks, including NCA, SAMA, PCI DSS, NIST.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills for product demos, presentations, and written proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver successful pre-sales outcomes.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
