Pre Sales Engineer



Riyadh Sales – Enterprise Sales / Full-Time / On-site + Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support during pre-sales discussions.
+ Conduct in-depth demonstrations of the ERP applications tailored to prospects' business processes.
+ Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how the ERP suite of applications can provide value.
+ Liaise between the customer and the ERP technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are accurately captured and met.
+ Address any technical questions or concerns that arise during the sales process.
+ Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
+ Convey customer feedback to the product development team regarding potential product enhancements or new products..
+ Keep up-to-date on the ERP product releases and updates, as well as general ERP industry trends.
+ Help clients understand the best mix of the ERP applications and configure them according to their needs.
+ Provide post-sales support when necessary to ensure the customer's technical requirements are met.

Requirements and Qualifications



+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
+ Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Representative.
+ Minimum 2 Years working in ERP company
+ Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
+ Knowledge of ERP systems
+ Excellent presentation and creativity skills
+ Ability to build strong customer relationships at various levels.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualize workflow solutions
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
