Participate in meetings to clarify technical aspects and answer customer queries.

Documentation Preparation:

Prepare technical documents and proposals for customers.

Develop technical business proposals (such as RFPs and RFIs).

Training and Development:

Train customers and partners on how to use the platform and maximize its benefits.

Stay updated on the latest technological developments and the company’s products.

Internal Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams, such as product and development teams, to ensure the solutions meet customer requirements.

Provide market and customer feedback to the relevant teams for product and service development.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a pre-sales role, preferably in the technology or software sector.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of digital solutions for facility and maintenance management.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
