Also Foodics has achieved three rounds of funding, with the latest raising $170 million in the largest SaaS funding round in MENA, boosting its innovation capabilities to better serve business owners.The Job in a Nutshell💡This role is focused on maintaining and improving project management processes, ensuring they align with best practices. The individual will oversee the update and review of project management policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively implemented across the organization. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, coordinating tasks between teams, and providing stakeholders with real-time updates while managing permissions. Regular reports will be generated to highlight project progress, identify delays, and suggest solutions. The role also involves identifying resource needs and facilitating project success by collaborating with multiple departments.What Will You Do❓ Maintain and update policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current project management practices. Conduct recurring checks to identify gaps between implemented and documented policies and procedures, and recommend corrective actions (process improvement) Develop comprehensive project plans for new initiatives, outlining objectives, tasks, interdependencies, primary task owners, and estimated durations. Meet with task owners to gather updates on project progress and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless transfer of tasks and responsibilities between departments. Provide online view-access of all project initiatives to relevant stakeholders while controlling editing permissions for the PMO. Generate weekly progress reports, highlighting key achievements, project status, and any support required to unblock delayed or halted tasks. Identify areas where additional resources or interventions are needed to ensure timely project delivery. What Are We Looking For❓ 2 years of experience in project management or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and solving issues.
