Could you be the full-time onsite PMO Manager in AlUla, SA we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in aligning our high-profile railway infrastructure initiative with organizational goals, adhering to budgetary constraints, and ensuring timely delivery with the highest quality standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Finance, and Operations), provide strategic oversight and management of project controls, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Developing and implementing robust project control systems,
Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks,
Overseeing contract administration and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations,
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals,
Managing the project budget and ensuring adherence to financial constraints,
Ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones,
Maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle,
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the project team,
Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders,
Driving complex projects to successful completion

Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.,
Experience or understanding of large-scale project management within the infrastructure or transportation sector.,
Knowledge of strategic project planning, risk management, and contract administration.,
Familarity with industry-standard project management software and tools.,
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.,
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.,
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
