The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Ensuring projects are aligned with organizational goals, governed effectively, and delivered efficiently. The role involves assisting in the implementation of PMO frameworks, overseeing project performance, managing resources, and mitigating risks, while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. It also focuses on continuous improvement and the consistent use of project management methodologies and tools to drive successful project outcomes.
Contribute to the formulation of the PMO framework, standards, and methodologies, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Ensure that PMO processes, templates, and tools are implemented consistently across projects.
Recommend improvements to the PMO framework and methodologies based on feedback and performance data.
Ensure that project managers and teams follow established governance processes and standards.
Assist project managers with guidance on project delivery challenges, ensuring alignment with the PMO's standards and methodologies.
Regularly audit ongoing projects to ensure they adhere to PMO governance and regulatory compliance.
Work with senior leaders to ensure that the project portfolio supports the organization’s strategic goals.
Act as a liaison between project teams and key stakeholders to ensure that business priorities are reflected in project planning and execution.
Support the process of prioritizing projects based on business needs, available resources, and overall strategic objectives.
Help optimize the allocation of resources across multiple projects, ensuring that teams have the necessary resources to succeed.
Track the capacity of teams and resources to meet project demands and identify potential resource shortages or overages.
Work closely with resource managers to balance project demands with resource availability.
Assist in the identification and assessment of project risks, ensuring that risk mitigation strategies are developed and implemented.
Track the progress of risk mitigation strategies and ensure that risks are managed proactively.
Escalate unresolved or critical risks to senior management for timely intervention.
Contribute to the development of performance metrics for project success, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as budget adherence, timelines, and quality.
Prepare and disseminate regular project status reports, highlighting project health, key risks, and progress against targets.
Assist project managers in tracking project performance and ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.
Collect feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Assist in the implementation of best practices within the PMO to streamline project management processes.
Encourage knowledge sharing and lessons learned across teams to ensure continuous learning within the PMO.
Ensure clear, consistent communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and updates for key stakeholders, ensuring transparency in reporting and decision-making.
Address minor concerns or inquiries from stakeholders, escalating more complex issues to senior management.
Ensure the consistent application of project management methodologies and tools across all projects within the PMO.
Provide ongoing support for the use of project management software and tools, assisting teams with their proper usage.
Assist in the training and onboarding of new project managers or team members in the use of PMO methodologies and tools.
