As part of our growth, we’re building out a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO) to streamline and optimize our project execution processes.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned PMO Lead to establish and manage our Project Management Office, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with strategic goals, delivered on time, and meet the highest quality standards. The PMO Lead will be responsible for overseeing the entire project portfolio, implementing best practices, and ensuring consistency across all project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
    •    Establish and manage the Project Management Office, defining and implementing project management processes, standards, and governance.
    •    Lead, mentor, and support a team of project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.
    •    Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with organizational strategy and objectives.
    •    Monitor project performance through standardized reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to ensure transparency and control.
    •    Manage project risks, identify bottlenecks, and proactively provide solutions to mitigate challenges.
    •    Implement and maintain project management software tools to improve efficiency and resource allocation.
    •    Lead the PMO’s resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal use of talent and capital.
    •    Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    •    7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
    •    Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
    •    Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of complex projects with cross-functional teams.
    •    Proven leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
    •    Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
    •    PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
