Industrial Complex, Riyadh


The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.


Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.


The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.


Job Purpose

To monitor and control the execution of multiple projects to deliver on time, under budget and up to desired quality and specification and ensure the assigned project managers following the minimum required standards to ensure that the projects are monitored, controlled, executed, delivered reported in satisfactory manner.




Key Accountability Areas

Project Planning and Coordination


  • Ensure all projects have detailed plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.


  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project charter, scope, and deliverables.


Team Leadership and Execution


  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure quality results.


  • Address issues and coordinate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.


Risk Management and Monitoring


  • Identify and manage potential risks, providing solutions to mitigate them.


  • Monitor project progress and recommend adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget.


Communication and Reporting


  • Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including the project team, senior management, and project sponsors.


Standards and Compliance


  • Ensure all projects comply with standard processes, regulations, and internal standards.


  • Ensure project managers develop their projects in line with relevant regulations and standards.


Documentation and Close-out


  • Ensure all project documents are complete, accurate, and stored appropriately.


  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report progress to stakeholders.


  • Ensure closure of all contract obligations and successful project close-out.


Support to PMO


  • Provide necessary support to the PMO for matters related to project management.

  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job

Delivery:


  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:


  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:


  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:


  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:


  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:


  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.


Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field
