Project duration: 1 year.
Language Requirements: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

The PMO Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the PMO. This role requires a professional with experience in PMO setup and project management. The PMO Consultant will work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and alignment with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Participate in the establishment of the PMO framework, including processes, tools, and governance structures.
  • Assist in developing and implementing PMO policies, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistent project delivery.
  • Provide support and guidance to project managers and teams across the organization.
  • Assist in the identification and prioritization of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of projects, identifying risks and issues, and providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Support the delivery of training and workshops to enhance project management capabilities within the organization.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and practices based on feedback and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the PMO team.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is a must.
  • Experience in participating in the establishment and management of a PMO in a medium to large organization.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, Jira).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
