Plant Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and manage our corn and wheat milling operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and optimizing plant performance to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the corn and wheat milling plant, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
• Manage and coordinate the work of production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness within the plant.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
• Monitor production performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to address any operational issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and product quality.
• Prepare and manage the plant’s budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, training, and development to plant staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
