Duties/Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility.
Ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
Manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement process improvements.
Monitor budget and manage costs effectively.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of employees, fostering a
collaborative and positive workplace culture.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze production metrics and KPIs to assess performance and
implement necessary adjustments.
Skills/Qualification
Extensive experience in plant management or a similar role in Pharmaceutical industry
Minimum 10 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in manufacturing software and data analysis tools.
Depth Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
