Key Responsibilities:
Daily Site Visits: Conduct daily visits to customer sites to understand their needs, provide support, and build strong relationships. Collect samples from customers to ensure that our solutions meet their specific requirements.
Turnaround Team Engagement: Engage with the turnaround teams at oil and gas refineries and petrochemical plants daily. Provide ongoing support, follow-up on requirements, and ensure that our products and services align with their project timelines and specifications.
Target-Driven Sales: Work towards achieving sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors.
Market Intelligence: Maintain a strong understanding of local pricing and sources of materials related to pipes, valves, and bolts. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to provide competitive solutions.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Technical Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right products for their applications, providing solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on site visits, customer interactions, and sales progress to inform management decisions and drive strategic planning
