About You


As the Key Account Manager, you will be part of the Sales Team in the Jeddah Office and responsible to manage some of the most important Kimberly-Clark’s partners. You will be in charge of optimizing our investment in BDAs and ensure implementation of all contracted elements through the field team. Moreover to develop Joint Business Plans with key customers including all business aspects - top-line targets, promotion plan, projects, collection, in-store visibility, etc.

Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.


YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Manage monthly performance and ensure achievement of net sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Create a bottom-up forecast for assigned key accounts by Brand/SKU and track monthly against accuracy.
  • Ensure achievement of net sales targets and other performance KPIs like distribution, market share, listing, price index, market execution, etc.
  • Manage collection payments from assigned customers and improve the overall cash conversion cycle.
  • Improve the performance of KC brands in the market through the improvement of availability, visibility, and pricing.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA prefered.
  • Experience in FMCG business with reputable companies as sales representative is welcome.
  • Very good financial acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of English and strong command of Arabic language.
  • Very good computer knowledge.
  • You have already a permition to work in Saudi Arabia.
