The Factory Manager is a pivotal role within the Perfume / Beauty / Cosmetics industry, responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in factory operations, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards. The Factory Manager will lead a team, manage resources efficiently, and implement strategies to optimize production workflows.
