We are seeking an experienced and strategic Performance Management Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead the design, implementation, and management of our performance management systems. This role is critical in driving organizational effectiveness by aligning performance management practices with business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing employee development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of the organization’s performance management strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • System Design & Implementation: Oversee the design and implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms that support both employee development and organizational success.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine performance management processes to ensure they are effective, efficient, and aligned with best practices and organizational needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to ensure that performance management practices are integrated into the broader talent management strategy.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing employee performance. Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on data insights.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to the introduction of new performance management systems or processes, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on performance management best practices, system usage, and effective feedback techniques.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that performance management practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and manage any associated risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of performance management professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team’s effectiveness and growth.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is preferred.
  • Experience: proven experience in performance management, talent management, or a related HR field.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of performance management systems, HRIS platforms, and data analysis tools. Experience with leading system implementations and optimizations is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive organizational performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale HR projects, including the design and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
