job brief:we believe that people management are
more than coordinating the relationship between employees and organizations
only, it focuses more on areas such as Performance Management, Employee
Relations, Employee Engagement, Policy and Procedure Development, and
Compliance in the company. as a People & Culture Supervisor is responsible
for helping in managing all facets of the People & Culture function. This
includes recruitment, training, coaching, compensation & benefits, health
& safety, and performance management for PAUSEAWAY employees to ensure a
positive and engaged employee culture and policy compliance.responsibilities:hires qualified
candidates, conducts interviews and recruits qualified team membersassists managers with
staff requirements.creates and maintains positive, productive work environment
through conducting human resources and professional development activitiesassists in building
compensations systemsarranges training
sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.identifies and addresses
employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career
growth.performs various
administrative tasks and accurately processes paperwork.maintains employee
records, schedules, and time sheetseducates team members on P&C
policies, practices, and proceduresRequirementsrelevant experience in a similar position
for at least 3-4 yearsprevious experience working in the luxury
hospitality industry brand is preferredexcellent verbal, writing, listening and
presentation skillsself-motivated and creative problem-solverability to work both autonomously and in
a team setting
