1. 3. Relationship Management: • Create and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to provide updates on new spare parts, promotions, and any relevant information. • Collaborate with internal teams, such as the service department, to coordinate and deliver comprehensive customer solutions.

4. External Service Provider Management: • Monitor the performance and quality of service provided by external partners and take necessary actions to address any concerns.
