Position: KSA Brand Partnership Manager

We are an innovative startup creating a groundbreaking platform for creator/brand collaborations, focused on empowering nano/micro and mid-sized-influencers in Saudi Arabia. Our mission is to revolutionize the creator economy by providing a dynamic, user-friendly space for creators and brands to connect, collaborate, and grow together. As we embark on this journey, we are seeking an experienced KSA Brand Acquisition Manager to join us on a freelance basis and help us build and expand our platform from the ground up.

 

Brand Acquisition and Networking:

• Leverage your strong network of KSA-based SMEs to onboard businesses to our platform that are seeking creator partnerships.
• Identify and engage with SMEs that align with our platform’s mission, offering them the opportunity to collaborate with influencers for content creation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with SMEs, ensuring their experience with our platform is seamless and productive.
• Act as a liaison between SMEs and our platform, facilitating introductions and collaborations between brands and creators.

Platform Development Support:

• Provide strategic insights and feedback from SMEs to help shape our platform’s features and functionality, ensuring it meets the needs of businesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the brand experience and ensure smooth onboarding for business partners.

Growth and Engagement:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and retain a diverse range of SMEs across industries, focusing on sectors that align with creator-driven marketing.
• Support the development of campaigns that showcase the value of creator collaborations to KSA businesses, helping drive brand participation and platform growth.

Market and Cultural Insights:

• Utilize your understanding of the KSA business landscape and cultural dynamics to tailor our platform's offerings and outreach strategies to SMEs.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in influencer marketing, content creation, and digital marketing within KSA to keep our platform competitive and appealing to businesses.

 

Must-Have Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development or brand acquisition, with a focus on SMEs in the KSA market.
• Strong network of SMEs across various industries in Saudi Arabia, especially those open to innovative marketing strategies and creator collaborations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard and manage business partnerships in a digital or marketing environment.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.

It would be awesome if you have:

• Previous experience in a startup environment, particularly in the digital marketing or tech space.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing or content creation campaigns.
• Fluency in Arabic and English to effectively communicate with business owners and internal teams.
