Company Name: AtkinsJob DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: P&C / SCADA EngineerLocation: UK Site OfficesJoin us!!We are hiring for a hands-on engineering, manufacturing and Site construction / testing with a focus on P/C and SCADA, programming, and client interaction. You will be responsible for overseeing P&C SCADA project activities and ensuring the smooth execution of P&C and SCADA systems from initial planning to final commissioning.What will you do?Supervise the Project P&C and SCADA activities and manage the supplier and contractors to ensure the design and specification meeting the project requirementsCoordination and Lead P&C and SCADA project activities to ensure meeting project schedules & milestones.Act as the main point of contact for P&C and SCADA projects oversight, focusing on direct client interaction while coordinating with the project team and suppliersContribute to developing , estimating and scheduling P&C and SCADA work in engineering bids and proposals, playing a lead role when necessary.Lead all the supplier packages reviews and communication for P&C and SCADA manufacturing and supplyLead the site P&C and SCADA Commissioning activities.Advise on installation programmes to optimise cost while delivering to the required safety and quality standards Maintain detailed site documentation, including site records, productivity, and compliance with Linxon & Client policies.Qualifications:Degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience Required:Extensive years of experience as an Electrical Engineer specializing in protection, control, and SCADA systems.Substation P&C and SCADA engineering and commissioningP&C and SCADA engineering, including testing and coordination with clients, suppliers, and commissioning teamPoints list generation, relay automation, and programmingStrong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and update as neededExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbout Linxon:Our heritage We bring together Hitachi Energy and Atkins Realis’s strengthsWe combine Atkins Realis project management expertise and Hitachi Energy’s industry leading technological knowledge into a company dedicated to substations.
